Cancellation & Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to secure all bookings.

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice from the scheduled booking time is required to reschedule or cancel any booking.

  • Cancellations occurring less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • No refund will be made to those who fail to cancel within 48 hours or are a ‘no-show’.

  • In the unlikely event that I may need to cancel the booking the deposit will be refunded in full within 10 business days. Alternatively, should you choose, the deposit can be credited and put towards rescheduling a future booking.
